I’ve had a few people ask what vitamins I am taking to promote egg quality. Here’s the list, but please remember you shouldn’t start taking any supplements until you’ve consulted your doctor.  My Memphis doctor recently reduced my Vitamin E intake due to its blood thinning properties and because my levels were pretty high.  Don’t be afraid to ask your doctor if there are any vitamins you should consider.  My previous doctor prescribed them to me after our first unsuccessful IVF round with an “It may not help, but it certainly won’t hurt.”  I tend to agree, but I would have loved to have this list before my first round. Ask your doctor! You’re your own best advocate!
